Composition
Chlorinated polyolefin resin, high-efficiency anti-mildew additive, pigments/fillers.
Typical uses
Interior walls of workshops and plants in industries prone to mildew, including beer, pastry, soy products, brewing, beverages, dairy, meat products, fast food, and pharmaceuticals.

Adhesion: adhesive tape method, 100% no peeling.
Theoretical consumption: 0.2 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).
Density: 1.3 kg/L.
Drying time: base coat surface dry 2 h, hard dry 20 h; finish coat surface dry 0.5 h, hard dry 10 h.
Film appearance: various colors, smooth and glossy.
Damp-heat and freeze-thaw resistance: temperature -40°C to 47°C; at 47°C and RH >95%, film unchanged after 7 d.
Alkali resistance: 10% NaOH immersion 240 h, film unchanged.
Acid resistance: 5% H2SO4 immersion 72 h, film unchanged.
Film hardness: pencil 5H.
Scrub resistance: wet cloth with 200 g load, wet scrub ≥2000 cycles.
