Single-component APP polypropylene anti-corrosive coating for buried pipelines in oil, gas, power and municipal water supply rated to 150°C. Chemical and water-resistant film, low-temperature cure to -20°C. 0.5mm+ total system with glass fiber reinforcement option.
Overview
Single-pack anti-corrosion pipeline coating system supplied as primer (APP-81) and topcoat (APP-61), applicable down to -10°C.
Composition
Modified polypropylene (APP), neoprene rubber, synthetic resins, pigments/fillers, protective agents, stabilizers, solvent.
Typical uses
Anti-corrosion protection for buried pipelines in metallurgy, power, petroleum, chemical, tap water, coal gas, natural gas, oil and gas transmission, and district heating (≤150°C).
Also suitable for demineralized water tanks, sewage tanks, and power plant circulating water systems; suitable for concrete facilities.
