2K non-toxic, benzene-free epoxy coating covering primer and topcoat for potable water pipelines, drinking water tanks and food industry steel structures. Excellent water and oil resistance, minimal odor during application. Sa2.5 prep, 250µm+ total DFT.
Overview
Two-component epoxy coating system (primer/topcoat) formulated for internal lining protection where low odor and non-benzene solvent formulation is required.
Composition
Imported special epoxy resin, curing agent, medical-grade pigments, fillers, additives; supplied as two components for both primer and topcoat.
Typical uses
Internal lining protection for tap-water pipelines, water storage tanks, drinking water tanks/compartments, fresh water tanks, dry cargo holds, and grain silos.
Protection for steel or concrete equipment/facilities in medical, food, beer, and beverage industries.

Appearance: primer iron red; topcoat white.
Theoretical consumption: primer 0.2 kg/m² at 60 µm DFT (loss not included).
Theoretical consumption: topcoat 0.2 kg/m² at 60 µm DFT (loss not included).
Density: primer 1.3 kg/L; topcoat 1.25 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 2 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: H55-28 dedicated thinner, 3–8%.

Recommended DFT per coat: 60–80 µm (roller 40–50 µm).

Surface preparation
Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
Concrete: dry, sound, free of alkali/oil/sand; apply sealer primer, then apply primer and putty for leveling.

System compatibility: non-toxic epoxy primer + non-toxic epoxy topcoat.
Packing: primer Part A 20 kg, Part B 4.8 kg; topcoat Part A 20 kg, Part B 7.5 kg.
