Theoretical consumption: primer 0.16 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT.
Theoretical consumption: intermediate 0.14 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT.
Theoretical consumption: topcoat 0.16 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT.
Density: primer 1.37 kg/L; intermediate 1.45 kg/L; topcoat 1.2 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 3 h.
Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: X-1 dedicated thinner, 2–8%.

Recommended DFT per coat: 60–80 µm (brush/roller 35–45 µm).
