2K high-solids polyurethane topcoat with low VOC (308g/L) and 1,500-hour UV resistance for steel and concrete structures. Engineered for petrochemical, power generation, wind energy and bridge applications. Single coat achieves 80–100µm DFT.
Overview
Two-component high-solids polyurethane anti-corrosion topcoat with low VOC (305 g/L).
Suitable for high-build application; artificial weathering resistance: 1500 h.
Composition
Based on acrylic polyol resin, polyurethane reactive diluent, and chain extender as main film-formers, with pigments and additives.
Cured with polyisocyanate adduct; supplied in Part A & Part B packs.
Typical uses
Long-term protection and finishing for equipment/facility steel structures in various environments, such as petrochemical, power, wind power, cast pipe, bridges, and port facilities.
