Single-component high-chlorinated polyethylene intermediate coat with high-solids formulation and outstanding barrier performance. Suited as midcoat or standalone primer for chemical and industrial steel structures. Fast-drying, 45µm DFT per coat.
Overview
Single-pack high-chlorinated polyethylene intermediate coating with strong film compatibility and good anti-rust performance.
High solids, thick film build, fast drying, suitable for low-temperature application.
Composition
Formulated with high-chlorinated polyethylene resin, stable resin, lamellar anti-rust pigments, plasticizer, solvents, and additives.
Typical uses
Used as an intermediate coating in systems to improve corrosion resistance and “three-proof” performance.
Can also be used as the first coat primer.
