Acrylic Polyurethane 2-Pack System (3)
BS04-1 Acrylic Polyurethane Enamel Topcoat
2K acrylic polyurethane enamel with outstanding salt spray resistance, UV resistance and color retention for automotive, construction machinery, ships and bridges. Excellent adhesion and high film hardness. Surface dry in 30 minutes, 25µm DFT.
BS06-2 Acrylic Polyurethane Intermediate Coating
2K non-yellowing acrylic polyurethane intermediate coat with fast-drying, high hardness and outstanding sandability for automotive, construction machinery, ships and bridges. Excellent inter-coat adhesion with primer and topcoat systems. Surface dry in 20 minutes, 40µm DFT.
BS06-1 Acrylic Polyurethane Anti-Corrosion Primer
2K acrylic polyurethane iron oxide primer with excellent adhesion, solvent resistance and corrosion protection for automotive, construction machinery, ships and steel bridges. High film hardness. Sa2.5 prep, surface dry in 30 minutes, 35µm DFT.

HS04-1 Engineering Machinery Topcoat
2K epoxy polyurethane topcoat with abrasion resistance, impact resistance and oil and water resistance for construction machinery, cranes and heavy industrial equipment. Pairs with HS06-1 primer. Surface dry in 2 hours, 40µm DFT.
HS06-1 Engineering Machinery Anti-Corrosion Primer
2K epoxy polyurethane primer with excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance and corrosion protection for cranes, excavators, bulldozers and port machinery. Universal topcoat compatibility. Sa2.5 prep, surface dry in 2 hours, 40µm DFT.

Machinery and equipment coatings must withstand mechanical impact, vibration, abrasion and atmospheric exposure simultaneously — demands that go well beyond standard architectural or general industrial finishes. This series provides three matched systems designed for OEM production lines and field repainting of heavy equipment: a fast-dry acrylic single-component system for economical protection, a high-performance acrylic polyurethane two-pack system for premium weathering and chemical resistance, and a specialist epoxy-polyurethane system engineered specifically for the harshest heavy construction and mining machinery applications.
All products in this series are compatible with spray application (air spray, airless and electrostatic), enabling efficient coverage on complex machinery profiles. Surface preparation requirements range from acid-wash phosphating for production-line automotive to Sa 2.5 blasting for heavy industrial equipment, ensuring the correct adhesion foundation for long service life.

Steel Structures & Bridges

Economical Maintenance & Repair Painting
