Overview
Single-pack alkyd enamel coating for metal and wood substrates where gloss and basic mechanical properties are required.
Film focuses on gloss retention with good adhesion and ambient-temperature drying for general protective and decorative applications.

Alkyd resin with pigments, solvent, and driers.

Technical data (typical)

• Appearance: various colors.

• Theoretical consumption: 0.11 kg/m² at 30 µm DFT (loss not included).

• Density: 1.2 kg/L.

• Drying time (25℃): surface dry 8 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Application data (25°C)

• Mixing ratio: single-pack.

• Induction time: none.

• Pot life: unlimited.

• Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.

• Thinner: X-6 alkyd thinner, 3–8%.

• Recoat interval: min 24 h; max 7 d.

• Recommended coats/DFT: 1 coat 20–30 µm (spray or brush).

Surface preparation
Over primer: all surfaces clean, dry, contaminant-free; roughen if maximum recoat interval exceeded.
As first primer: blast-clean steel to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.

System compatibility / packing / storage

• System compatibility: used over alkyd primer and under alkyd enamel coating.

• Construction conditions: RH ≤85%; 5–35℃; avoid rain/snow, strong wind (>6.7 m/s), heavy fog, intense sunlight.

• Storage: dry, cool, ventilated warehouse away from fire sources; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor stacking; shelf life 12 months.

• Packing: 20 kg.
