Waterborne fluorocarbon protective coating (2K) for exposed steel structures.
Bridges, towers, large gates, chemical equipment.
0.16 kg/m² at 50 µm; pot life 3 h.
Water-thinned 5–10%; apply over blasted steel.
Overview
Waterborne fluorocarbon protective coating for steel structures and equipment requiring high weatherability and corrosion resistance.
Film focuses on long-term gloss/color retention and hardness for exposed metal such as towers, bridges, and large gates.
Composition
Waterborne fluorocarbon resin and curing agent as main film-formers with weather-resistant pigments and special additives; two-component waterborne system using water as thinner.
Typical uses
Protective and weather-resistant coating for metal structures, large gates, transmission towers, TV towers, large bridges, and chemical equipment where extended service life and maintenance cycles are required.
Technical data (typical)
