2K water-based epoxy anti-static coating with excellent oil, water and corrosion resistance for crude oil, gasoline and diesel storage tank interiors. Low-VOC, non-flammable formulation. Sa2.5 prep, 40µm DFT per coat.
Overview
Two-component waterborne epoxy antistatic coating for steel tank internals where antistatic and anti-corrosion performance are both required.
Formulated for crude oil and refined fuel tanks, providing durable adhesion, chemical resistance, and conductive pathways for static dissipation.
Composition
Waterborne epoxy resin and curing agent with pigments, additives, and composite conductive materials; supplied as Part A & Part B; water as thinner.
Typical uses
Internal antistatic and anti-corrosion protection for compartments and storage tanks carrying crude oil, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and similar media.
