Overview
Waterborne acrylic amino silver metallic baking coating for decorative and anti-corrosion finishing of metal parts requiring metallic effect and durable film.
Provides high hardness and abrasion resistance with good metallic orientation and color retention after baking.

Composition
Acrylic resin dispersion and amino curing system, combined with silver paste, color paste, and special additives; single-component product using water as thinner.

Typical uses
Designed for decorative protection of bicycle and electric bicycle components, household appliance casings, and other instrument and equipment metal parts.
Suitable where a silver or metallic appearance is desired together with mechanical durability and corrosion protection.

Technical data (typical)

  • Appearance: various colors with silver metallic effect.

  • Density: 1.1–1.2 kg/L.

  • Theoretical consumption: 0.1 kg/m² at 30 µm DFT (loss not included).

  • Drying schedule: 130℃ for 30 min (after flash-off).

Application data (25°C)

  • Application methods: spray or brush.

  • Flash-off before baking: 10–15 min in a clean environment.

  • Thinner: clean water, 5–15%, added gradually and kept as low as possible.

  • Recommended DFT per coat: about 30 µm.

Surface preparation
Workpiece surfaces must be clean and free of dust, oil, and other contaminants; substrate pre-treatment (such as phosphating or other metal surface treatment) can be used as required.

System compatibility / packing / storage

  • Compatible as a finishing coat over suitable waterborne or solventborne primers for metal parts, provided surfaces are fully cured and properly prepared.

  • Storage: cool, well-ventilated place, 5–35℃; protect from direct sunlight, severe cold, and rain.

  • Shelf life: 6 months (unopened under specified conditions).

  • Mix ratio 27:3; pot life 4 h (25°C).

  • Recoat 12 h–7 d (25°C); overcoatable with epoxy and polyurethane systems.
