Thick-film abrasion-resistant flooring coating (2K) for seamless industrial epoxy floors.
Workshops, warehouses, micro-control rooms and clean areas.
System: sealing primer, primer, mid-coat, topcoat.
Recommended total thickness 1.0–3.0 mm.
Overview
Two-component epoxy-based thick-film flooring coating for hard-wearing, seamless, decorative industrial floors.
Composition
Selected epoxy resin with imported curing agent, pigments, and multiple additives; supplied as Part A & Part B.
Typical uses
Floor protection and decoration for workshops, warehouses, and control rooms in pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing, electronics, light industry, machinery, and automobile manufacturing.
Technical data (typical)
Recommended total film thickness: 1.0–3.0 mm, depending on compressive strength and load requirements.
Application data (25°C)
Process sequence: surface preparation → sealing primer → primer → mid-coat → sanding and dust removal → topcoat.
Recoat intervals: 10–20°C, min 24 h; 20–30°C, min 12 h; max 7 d.
Application methods: sealing primer by spray/brush; primer and mid-coat by trowel; topcoat preferably by spray.
Mixing ratio: sealing primer/primer/mid-coat A:B = 1.5:1; topcoat A:B = 3:1.
Mixing notes: Part A is coating liquid; Part B is universal hardener; add graded abrasion-resistant aggregate into mixed primer/mid-coat and stir mechanically; use within 4 h.
Surface preparation
Cement substrate mechanically trowelled and finished with cement mortar; compressive strength meeting design; no cement powder dusting on surface; surface flat.
New substrate curing period ≥30 d.
System compatibility / packing / storage
Construction conditions: do not apply below 5°C or above 85% RH; choose winter-type flooring coating in low temperature; no follow-up works allowed on finished flooring; cure 7 d before service.
Storage: dry, cool, ventilated; away from fire; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.
Shelf life: 12 months.
