Composition
Polymer synthetic dispersion, pigments, additives, curing agent; supplied as Part A & Part B.
Typical uses
Waterproofing and anti-corrosion for sewage tanks, cooling towers, and walls/floors in chemical plant workshops.
Technical data (typical)
Appearance: primer grey; topcoat various colors.
Theoretical consumption: 0.16 kg/m² at 40 µm DFT (loss not included).
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 2 h; hard dry 24 h; full hardening 7 d.
Volume solids: ≥65%.
Acid resistance: 3% HCl, 72 h; no blistering, no peeling.
Application data (25°C)
Mixing ratio (A:B): 24:3.
Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 3 h.
Application methods: airless spray, brush.
Thinner: X-7 thinner, 3–10%.
Recoat interval: min 8 h; max 7 d.
Recommended DFT per coat: 30–40 µm.

Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
