Overview
Single-component special marking coating for long-lasting marking and protection.
Designed with weathering resistance and heat/cold resistance, with stated service life over 10 years.

Composition
Formulated with premium acrylic resin, silicone resin, imported premium pigments, solvents, and additives.

Typical uses
For protection and marking of steel structures and concrete chimneys, and for marking/protection of large steel towers.

Appearance: White; bright red, etc.
Theoretical consumption: 0.16 kg/m² at 40 μm DFT (excluding loss).
Density: 1.2 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): Surface dry 1 h; hard dry 8 h.
Gloss: ≥80.

Application data (25°C)

Mixing: Single-component.
Induction time: None.
Pot life: Unlimited.
Application methods: Airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: PLB83 dedicated thinner; dilution 3–7%.
Recoat interval (25°C): Min 24 h; max unlimited.
Recommended coats / DFT: 1 coat 40–60 μm; brush/roller 1 coat 30–40 μm.

Surface preparation
Steel: blast/shot blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool cleaning to St 3; surface profile 30–75 μm.
Concrete: must be dry (moisture content ≤6%), free of oil/contamination; apply after a sealing primer; for old coatings, consider roughening and remove chalked/loose areas.

System compatibility / packing / storage

Packing: 20 kg.
Storage: Shelf life 12 months; store dry/cool/ventilated, away from fire and direct sunlight; no outdoor stacking.
