Overview
Two-component solvent-free epoxy ceramic coating for heavy-duty anti-corrosion topcoat applications.​

Composition
Epoxy resin, special pigments, aggregates, fillers, additives; high-efficiency curing agent; supplied as Part A & Part B.​

Typical uses
Heavy-duty anti-corrosion topcoat for water/oil pipelines, chemical equipment, and storage tank surfaces.​

Technical data (typical)

• Appearance: grey, black, white, green, etc.​

• Theoretical consumption: 0.86 kg/m² at 600 µm DFT (loss not included).​

• Density: 1.46 kg/L.​

• Volume solids: 98%.​

• Drying time (25°C): surface dry 2 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.​

Application data (25°C)

• Mixing ratio (A:B): 20:5.​

• Induction time: 5 min.​

• Pot life: 4 h.​

• Application methods: airless spray, brush.​

• Thinner: X-7 epoxy thinner; use none or minimal.​

• Recoat interval (25°C): min 24 h; max 7 d.​

• Recommended DFT per coat: 70–120 µm (brush 40–50 µm).​

Surface preparation
Blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.​

System compatibility / packing / storage

• Packing: Part A 20 kg; Part B 5 kg.​

• Storage: dry, cool, ventilated; away from fire; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.​

• Shelf life: 12 months.
