Multi-layer anti-corrosion coating system (primer/intermediate/topcoat) for pipelines, tanks, and steel structures.
Composition
Olefin-modified epoxy resin and polyurethane resin binder, with pigments/fillers, additives, solvent.
Typical uses
Anti-corrosion for internal/external walls of municipal water supply and power plant circulating water pipelines.
Anti-corrosion for metallurgy and chemical industries, steel structures and storage tanks, oil pipelines, and sewage pipelines.

Appearance: primer iron red or micaceous iron oxide red; intermediate grey; topcoat various colors.
Theoretical consumption: primer 0.15 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).
Theoretical consumption: intermediate 0.15 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).
Theoretical consumption: topcoat 0.16 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).
Density: primer 1.37 kg/L; intermediate 1.43 kg/L; topcoat 1.2 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: dedicated thinner, 3–8%.

Recommended DFT per coat: 40–70 µm (brush/roller 30–40 µm).

Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
